Isn't that all you really do with a car on public roads anyway? I'm worried about reliability, otherwise I'd consider buying one.

Why the hate for Mazda? Good steering feel across the board, taut handling, above-average refinement in the current crop of product, and nice designs? The only thing they've been missing is outright power. But that's not Mazda's ethos.
