Lil off topic, but have you driven bmw’s before? If so how would you compare the brakes versus PP?

You need to specify the generation and the model “bmw” says absolutely nothing.MexicanYarisTK wrote: ↑Sat Jul 07, 2018 10:50 amWe could test like 40-0 when I come back

My e46 with the competition brakes was good. My f30 with the normal brakes was ok but nothing to write home about the f30 got really non grabby brakes. That entire gen looks like it “feels” a lot weaker than before due to how they engage. E90s were super strong all the way from the top, similar to the mk7.
My f80 has the best brakes I have ever had.

I personally cannot speak from cars that a MMM cars. But my experiences f10 535i, couple loaners and a german 120i. I found the brakes to be quite grabby, definitely better than my mk6, slightly better than my mk7.max225 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 07, 2018 11:16 amYou need to specify the generation and the model “bmw” says absolutely nothing.MexicanYarisTK wrote: ↑Sat Jul 07, 2018 10:50 am

Mk6 and 7 are a world of difference, I don’t know what they did since the calipers seem the same but they are way better. I am assuming the upped the brake boost and used slightly gripper compound in the pads.MexicanYarisTK wrote: ↑Sat Jul 07, 2018 11:43 amI personally cannot speak from cars that a MMM cars. I am also thinking the brake boost may have contribute to that.max225 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 07, 2018 11:46 amMk6 and 7 are a world of difference, I don’t know what they did since the calipers seem the same but they are way better.
