You sure its that light? C&D reports it at 3822 pounds.

https://www.caranddriver.com/alfa-romeo ... adrifoglio
I was doing a kg to pounds conversion. Very possibly lost in translation.
Just checking as it didn't sound right for a 4 door and I thought I had seen it before when looking..

To me, the best thing about a turbro car is that you feel the power better. My Golf R felt faster than my Z51 at times, even though it wasn't. The LS/LT motors are deceptive with the flat torque and steady HP curves and you get used to the feel, which sometimes makes you think they are slower than they are.

The ride looks sweet man, I know you're going to love it. Got me a little jealous if I'm being honest. :like: :like:

That thing looks fucking awesome. I'm jealous in a positive way. I take it you felt the red on the outside overrode suspect feelings on the red on the lower half of the dash?

I’m just so glad you went with the red on this. It’s a fantastic shade and oozes depth.

Congrats, man. It’s an amazing car!

1) I don't miss manual... at all. The paddles are amazing, it shifts SO fast it's mind numbing. It's still engaging in the way manual is, or in a suitable approximation of it. Even though this isn't a dual cluth it is just a phenomenal experience. You can be psychic and use the paddles. Just the slightest touch and they fire.

2) The power. Oh Lord the power. It's just there. 0-60 is as fast as advertised and the problem with that is you end up going 0-90 instead simply by accident. I ended up kissing triple digits on roads the SS would have struggled to get to 70. And that's not a shot at the SS.

3) It's oh so agile, turn in is :jimp: worthy.

4) It wants to RACEKOR all the time. Throttle or brakes and it's well behaved. On a back road it gets very antsy if you come off throttle and don't jump on brakes right away, and this is with traction control on.

5) On crappy surfaces and non-fun roads, the soft suspension mode is just brilliant. 5 series comfort with the sportiness not lost.

I'm just so so so mindblown.

It’s worth it just for the noise it makes.

It’s so much more fun than an M3/M4. I got to drive the one we had at work a couple of times and I like how it dances... it’s zippy and responsive whereas the M cars are more planted and tough to get them “alive”. Just way, way more fun on the street.

I actually think this is a good idea. Let me chat with Z and Melon.
Break off and create your own forum.

It’ll be up and down all the time and you’ll have to keep borrowing this one while yours is being worked on.

Curious to see what it averages per tank, not that it matters since gas is cheapish. Is there a break in procedure or are you just hammering on it the second you got out of the :dillerman: lot ?
The m3 had a pretty extensive break in, including a 1500 mile service

Pretty standard break in instructions. "Vary RPMs, not drive at full performance, etc." I'll probably do oil at 3k to be safe though they swear 10 is fine.
Interesting ... what’s the interval on the bigger rari motor ?

Apparently the oil changes can be $200-350 at your friendly rape center. But diy is obviously less
