I haven't bought a new car since my 2011 golf TDI (which was the only new car I have ever had in 20+ cars), however, I suppose I am supporting BMW with my lease payments.troyguitar wrote: ↑Mon Jan 28, 2019 2:44 pmMorans are still buying new cars for now, so they might as well keep increasing prices until sales fall off a cliff. They just won't be selling new cars to me. I'm fine with half price and a few farts.max225 wrote: Yea Toyota should really consider that and price their new cars in line with used ones with 40k. I'm not interested in buying it, but I'm glad it's happening. I'm a fan of the 2. It's a much better car than the Yaris.max225 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 28, 2019 1:54 pmConsidering how many here expressed EXTREME INTEREST in this vehicle, I can't wait to see how many are going to get one and put their money where their mouth is.Big Brain Bradley wrote: ↑Mon Jan 28, 2019 1:51 pm https://news.yahoo.com/toyota-replacing ... 00236.html

Those are some sweet help section J-clips. Top notch.
It really boggles my mind how people correlate catalytic converters with big money. Especially when I can pick up some Magnaflow universals for around $80/each or the eBay Thunderbolts for $40/each.

That's all well and good, but did you take him out to a steak dinner and send him on a 4 day cruise to the Bahamas?

You are in a new world of elitism broham. Price a full Akrapovic and report back!CorvetteWaxer wrote: ↑Fri Jan 25, 2019 12:40 pmCorvetteWaxer wrote: ↑Fri Jan 25, 2019 12:35 pm
Yeah, that's what I'm seeing... also, seems there is some love for Kline stuff.
In any case, I'm going to need to hear them in person before I shell out that cash. It's way too easy to go from "needs just a touch more" to "Ricer" when it comes to exhaust.
Also, I've found that everyone that complains about "Corvette tax" should shut their mouths and look at the Porsche tax and be happy. Most manufacturers are charging almost $3k for bolt-on high flow cats for a 911. The whole LG long tube headers with high flow cats and an X-Pipe for a C7 run about $2K.
Sorry, this doesn't look like $3k to me.

You'll never build a good rapport with that kind of attitude.

Just part of a normal day in and day out business. I’m sure if you’re worth a damn you would have transferred out of the “Cruze” or “volt” engineering or marketing team 4 years agoCorvetteWaxer wrote: ↑Fri Feb 01, 2019 8:47 pm https://www.foxbusiness.com/markets/gm- ... day-report

What happens when you don't take in your used oil for 4 years...

I put my oil into a 5 gallon gas can and recycle it when full, usually every 6-8 weeks. Got into that habit because it is too much of a pain in the ass to put it back into the 5 quart jugs when you have cars that use 9 quarts per change.

I recently got a 5 gallon tank to use for that purpose in the future.

Makes it much more convenient to recycle too. When you're pouring it down those storm drains you don't have to deal with all the lids.troyguitar wrote: ↑Sat Feb 02, 2019 11:49 amCorvetteWaxer wrote:
