Sorry, that's not an available color.
Can I interest you in a gray, Shades of Despair Gray, Midnight Gloom Gray, Prince of Darkness Black, or Summit White?

Oh, totally.
It's just interesting to see how much crap GM gets for offering a slush box in the Corvette, yet Toyota can do it with the ZOMG Supra and it's all amazing.

Sorry, how about Clouds Blocking Sun Silver? It's a bright color.

To be fair (I think), that particular trans in the Corvette gets shit on because shifting it manually is totally unenjoyable and basically pointless.
But also, fuck Toyota and BMW for this car being automatic only. Even depreciated to $30k I'll have exactly zero interest in ever owning one.

I drove one in the Jaguar F-Type R, it's a damn fine slushbox.[user not found] wrote: ↑Wed Jan 16, 2019 12:44 pmAnd my car. It's a fantastic transmission and anyone that doesn't believe that is showing they have absolutely zero idea what they are talking about. You wouldn't know it's not a dual clutch without being told.
It has clutch packs that can activate band clutches in the transmission to mimic a DCT.

I've driven the GM 8 speed in manual mode and find it to be engaging. But it's an auto, about shifting it.coogles wrote: ↑Wed Jan 16, 2019 12:52 pmTo be fair (I think), that particular trans in the Corvette gets shit on because shifting it manually is totally unenjoyable and basically pointless.

Haven't heard about the complaint in the Corvette. But also haven't researched it, so[user not found] wrote: ↑Wed Jan 16, 2019 12:53 pmFTFY.
Lots of complaints surround that fucking mess of a slushbox in everything that transmission's gone into. Sad!

I think GM only caught a little bit of shit for offering the Z06 with an automatic. These aren't the 4L60E days.
But I do recall numerous articles complaining about the Supra not getting a manual when that news broke a few months back.
GM's 8 speed is garbage. The ZF 8 speed is awesome.coogles wrote: ↑Wed Jan 16, 2019 12:52 pm To be fair (I think), that particular trans in the Corvette gets shit on because shifting it manually is totally unenjoyable and basically pointless.

The styling is great don’t get me wrong. It’s just doesn’t have the authenticity this time. Really the only difference this time is the styling.

I believe the pre zf8 for BMW’s also used gm’s 6 speed auto. Ive driven my ex coworkers 328xi and compared to my moms old ‘11 f10 535i, it is night and day.
