sellers strike again... just like the Desert dealings. I don’t understand people who are “selling” their cars only to disappear 1/2 way through the transaction due to excuses that make absolutely no sense.

It's odd. He responded to my initial e-mail within 30 minutes. I responded to his 15 minutes after that with a few more simple questions...basically how much of the AC and cruise was removed and is there any rust?

That was 36 hours ago. Silence.

I'm not going to e-mail him again because that's a sign that I want it and puts me at a disadvantage with negotiating. If he wants to sell it, he'll respond. If not, whatever. CL claims it's been listed for over a month.

It isn't a Yuge vehicle and not that great to look at. But it is a far better value than most things on the market. They are decent off road also. More than most of us are willing to put the vehicles through.

The only "better" value is a bare bonez Crosstranny for 23k. Which is never going to depreciate beyond 16-18k over the next 5 years.
