I know this sounds dumb is there a way to eliminate this from happening?
I drove exactly like this 10 mins straight, cranked up the fan speed and heat with defroster, but nothing, you could imagine how i was. I tried using window cleaner when i did the same on my mk6 but never worked, i once used a gopro function cup but doesnt go away.

Man, I find interior glass is really difficult to get perfect and it's for me too.MexicanYarisTK wrote: ↑Fri Dec 14, 2018 9:31 pm I know this sounds dumb is there a way to eliminate this from happening?

I think the best is just a small amount of Invisible Glass with newspaper instead of a towel. I've been considering trying the Griot's glass towels or something similar.

I quit using chemicals on glass about 3 years ago. Just dampen one of these and wring it out, then clean the window normally with the towel folded into 4ths. Follow with a waffle weave microfiber and you have the cleanest glass. Also, for the inside of the windshield, sit on the passenger side and you don't have the steering wheel in your way.

I hate paying stupid shipping on this kind of stuff but it's worth it if it gets me streak free glass.

There's no interlink between the defroster and the compressor on German cars. Without the AC on, your HVAC won't pull the moisture out of your interior.

Turn the AC on in wet weather and don't use recirculate - or it's going to exactly what you experienced.
Most cars won't even let you put recirculate on with the defroster function specifically for that reason. It fogs up the windows faster.
Chris Fix actually had a good video ronclean glass.
Most useful tips was to turn around in the seat or whatever is comfortable so that you can flip your hand over to get to the bottom of the window.... fuck it I'll just post the link

If someone is spamming you with ads, promising you easy, no mess, no fuss with spectacular results, I think you know how that goes...
Nothing replaces a good polish topped with a ceramic coating at the moment.
