No. Over there it's basically part of MB's "fleet" type business, which doesn't really exist here (other than the Sprinter @ Freightliner).

Yep.
And Nissan announced that they will update the Frontier, but it won't be the Navarra that the rest of the world gets. Instead, it'll stay on the existing frame/platform and get "modern styling" and a more fuel efficient drivetrain.
So, probably a baby Titan with an atrocious turning radius and CVT. Huzzah.

It's the Murican way. Dumb down the truck to hit the price point that will shell out cash for.

Nah, went with a Golf R.
You can't avoid the draw of the Golf. Eventually we will all be back to Golfs.

Ah, fair enough. As a DD, it's hard to beat for sure. I miss my GTI, but not the water pump issues it had. Getting back into one though isn't an option, as the Colorado fits a ton of needs, and the wife won't go for anything smaller/lower to the ground than the Rav4 we currently have.CorvetteWaxer wrote: ↑Wed Oct 23, 2019 10:37 amNah, went with a Golf R.

If I didn't have a 150 mile round trip commute I'd have kept the ZR2. The problem with it for me is that it is completely boring to drive and I was getting about 16 MPG in it, the way I drive. The R will be quicker, brake better, more fun, and get better mpg's.

I think the R is the ultimate nice all-around DD vehicle. I'd do the exact same thing in your situation.CorvetteWaxer wrote: ↑Wed Oct 23, 2019 11:03 amI get it.Devilchrono wrote: ↑Wed Oct 23, 2019 10:48 am
