Yeah, to me, the pricing seems fine. What other vehicle can do what the
does? None. ALl of the robustness that goes into them, while unused by most, is one reason they are loved and it costs more to design and build. Also, it's a fucking ox cart, I don't think it's a big issue that the pointless no-key nonsense and
headlights are extra options, at its core, that isn't the point of the vehicle. If you want a bunch of tech features for less money, go buy a Hyundai.

... I haven't even driven the Beemah in like a week.

Right. A sport that just gets the top and doors off is awesome for the street. A little extra ground clearance to get to MTB trails makes it a pretty great all-arounder.

Yeah I'd just get a cheap-spec one and probably do about a 50/50 split between that and the
for daily doodie if I did it... but
In my head the
would actually be more fun than the Beemah
around town, but maybe not. The trouble is, after haing the ;poorvette: for years, kinda sporty just doesn't do much for me.

Right...which is why the
is perfect. There's no "kinda sporty" it's not sporty at all. That's not the point. Top down, doors off, music blasting cruising around ZFG is the point.
I actually think a
and
combo is perfect. I'll be executing that myself soon.

I kinda do too... maybe I should look into 2018 leftover :dills: . I would want a basic Sport soft top
with AC in a cool color.

Get yourself a 2-door for maximum fun. Can still put adults in the back just fine. The maneuverability of the 2-door is outstanding.
I bet you could find a NEW 2018 base 2-door with A/C for under $30k.

Not that I can find. Crebitz union is your best bet lately.
Though, the longer these 18's sit, the more likely FCA will do something to move them. Low interest financing is a strong lever they have yet to pull.

Unlikely you'll see a crazy rate - banks won't buy rates down on old units. Customer cash is the likely outcome.
CU is best bet.
Well, C Cap might be willing to discount rates, but you're probably right. Customer cash is most likely.

both are discounted the same way ... 1-2k apart only.
can’t you order a 2020 now ?!

Yea, ordering opened for 2020 this week...they're starting to be built at the end of the month.
I don't understand how there isn't more interest in moving 18's.

it out, the trucks had the cash on the hood for 4th of July ...
It’s a lever that will happen for Labor Day sales. 10-15k on the hood of the 18s.

That’s what I would do and that’s the sort of shit I deal with for a living. It just makes the most sense. Having fy18 vehicles in 2020 would be insane

If I had to deal with such half-assed-ness I would put the key back in my pocket before getting in the car.
Then I would drive it to a dealership and trade it in on a car that isn't stupid.
... so who wants to buy my BMW???
For 15% of blue book "fair" value? Okay.
Max says BMWs suck for depreciation, so I'm doing you a favor. Will pay with cash and gift cards to Cheesecake Factory that I've accumulated over the years.

Did MSRP go up at all? That was the Wrangler play. Increase MSRP every year by a bit. And special editions. Moab is the only spec Ed that I know of yet.

The one dealer I was going back and forth with on the 18 that's still available....
https://www.orchardchryslerdodgejeep.co ... G4JW234298
Would only go $2k below employee (~$8k off)...which being that it was missing nearly $2k of content I wanted, made no sense to pick up instead of ordering a 2 model year newer vehicle exactly how I want.
