They are actually in person.[user not found] wrote: ↑Mon Jul 15, 2019 11:40 am I think the CTR is a neat car.
I just hate the stock
As much as I hate black I think the CTR looks best in black as it hides all the hideous glued on body work and vents.
Yeah I've thought about it some... it's one of the best only one car solutions... I am just hesitant to get rid of the C5, I really love the stupid thing. It's certainly possible in a couple of years though.

I have a co-worker who fits 2 in the back of his 2-door JK.[user not found] wrote: ↑Sun Jul 14, 2019 10:36 pmThe nesting has begun. It begins with the simple demand that the husband drive an appropriate and safe family sedan.
In reality the would be the smart purchase as it wouldn’t lose anywhere near as much value as the BMW would over time.
You can’t fit a crotchfruit basket in the back seat of a 2 door Wrangler, though.

Now I'm full blast on a Wrangler, starting to look around.
This is an odd config, but I think it would be a blast.

And since that truck is so ridiculous for trips and whatnot, I'm really leaning toward getting a 2-door JL for maximum wheeling potential and fun. Soft top, and all.

Yea, it's actually a ton of fun...leagues better than the JK was. The is excellent...but so is the 8-speed. It's a tough call. If I'm just getting a fun 2-door thing, I'd probably just go for the stick...feels more "Jeepy" to me.

Main downside of the 2 door is the 18.5 gallon tank vs the 21.5... and of course complete lack of space. I feel like the take ratio on the 2 doors is like 10%-20%now... not sure if they’ll be around much longer. I have yet to see a new JL 2 door in person, I have seen dozens of 4 doors

Can the 2 door tow the camper? Or haul bikes? I guess add a hitch rack and it could haul bikes...
I should probably just get one. I drove to the potential new work site and my fucking God the roads reminded me of Cleveland. Concrete roadway with asphalt patches everywhere and stop lights littered all over the place so you can only go 30 MPH. Tar snakes everywhere. Entire lanes with half the lane a patched over cratered minefield. One road I was legit going 7 MPH on because of how bad it was and I was still bucking all over the place.
I didn't think it was possible to find something worse than Philly around here but Camden has it beat for sure
