Brubs are probably the best mod that can be done to these things without spending a fortune or major tear-up.
I'm partial to long tubes and Z06 Ti exhaust...especially with a cam. It sounded decent before the cam, it sounds insane after.
Brolas are probably the best axleback...unless you want to go on Corsa Extremes.
My BROla is more $$$ than Corsa Extreme

My guess would be that Chris took some time off because he has read the dialogue on this page 1,345 times and decided to spend some of his free time doing something besides beating a horse to death.

Man my Stingahs were only like $650. I have the Type-S on my Kamry
I think for brubs the S-Type II like I have is the full muffler version of the stinger. Slightly less volume overall but supposed to eliminate any drone from that system.

This happened on Sunday? What's the scrap value?

Yea, $0.
Looks like your oil pressure sensor is dead too homie. Probably best to just light it on fire.

Yeah it's been dead all summer
My dad's co-worker seems to think his '02 with 140k on it is worth $4k. Maybe I need a winter brub
He's not far off. It might be $6-8k TOPS these days.
My 60k mile car that needs nothing is barely worth 15k.

Probably 8k since salvage title cars with similar mileage and bear exterior are going for 5-6k
I saw a salvaged one for $5K yesterday on the Facebook C5 for sale group.
I'm seeing a shitload of C5s popping up for stupid cheap. Lots of ones ready to be converted over for track cars are out there in the $8K range

Yep I think $5k is going to be the floor for a bit because any lower and I think people will have to start considering parting them out.

I'm starting to think that if I wanted to sell my car, I'm better off returning it to stock, recouping some of the money from the modz, then selling the car for more than it's worth now.

Swap drivetrain + cash with me
I've already done it once. Come on to Detroit and we can have it done in a week.

You're toying with my wallet. If you ever get super serious about selling this might have to happen. Would be a nice drive too.
Yea, I'm just not that serious about trying to sell it.
I'd been driving it daily up until last week when I moved it to my dad's garage and plan to leave it there until he complains or the ZR2 goes back, whichever comes first. Generally, absence makes the heart grow fonder for me with cars, I suspect that will be the case here.

I'll be happy when I can go over 4000rpm again

Still haven't had time to take care of the clutch shit. Just like my truck still isn't fixed. Procrastination
Ohhhhhhh right. Clutch is a bitch.

of your wrenching skills
These cars are actually really easy to work on...especially if you have access to a lift.

So FWIW those Dunlop Direzza DZ102s are like $350/set shipped in stock C5 sizes after rebate. Killer I'm debating pulling the trigger but really with my apartment having two sets will just be a paini in the dick, so I should probably just wait.
