Well, there's the easy way and the hard way....
The hard way involves math.

I've never gotten a dime back from car insurance.

I got $10k in 1992 for signing away my right to sue for a minor injury caused by another driver.
Otherwise, somehow the balances always magically seem to land on $0 owed/due when there's a claim.

I once totaled a 2001 Buick LeSabre with my 90 S10. Not a scratch to the truck, but the frame rails drove flat into/over the trunk and just crushed it in.
I got yelled at because granny had a pot roast in the trunk that she was bringing to her daughter's house.

Dat best run from Sunday.
I think it was 15/98 in raw time. I left a lot out there. The car needs a rear spoiler bad because I had to constantly dial back the throttle. On 2 runs I broke loose. One of those runs I saved it, the other forced me to DNF in one of the last corners. So some rear traction is in order.

Dat flop doe. That’s fair, they are indeed comfy. Mine is going to be converted to an office chair.

I might get a C5 even though I'd prefer a C6Z51... or keep buying nothing.
