I did a dirty 14:01.xxx in a V10 swapped e92 M3, lol. I hit alllll the things. Later on, I did the circuit with @[user not found] in a very clean 13:35.xxx with a mostly stock Lexus LFA.

I ran a 9:56 this morning but muffed up the lap coming down the cliff onto the beach.

I'm running a BAC Mono Horizon Edition with the speed credit boost (racking up skill points like a mofo) and have it engine swapped with a V8, twin turbo, 4wd and light wheels. It's borderline uncontrollable. 0-60 in 1.655 seconds and 100 in 2.9.

Cheapest way in is a Mono with a swap. I bought the HE Mono at the auction for 300k. I have a HE wide body 97 M3 with the drift boost, too.
