Arm the Teachers: DFD Powl Inside

Want to pledge allegiance to the Drumpf? Clash with Caspian? Scared of the stickers on your mailbox? Let's hear it.

The idea of arming teachers to prevent school shootings is...

kind of strange it's even being considered.

Son, why don't you come sit down over here....

This is actually something we are discussing in the industry. Is grievance collecting unique or a function of a specific type it memory recall? We don't know yet but it's under exploration.
I think it would make you better at it but :iono:

Maybe having a better memory triggers it. Eg, if you have a better memory youre more likely to remember the guy who cut you off last week. You get revenge and it feels good if you are that type of person(reward). So you start making notes so you don't forget. Correlative but not causation.

All above ideas are still at 98.6 degrees, the temp of things coming out my ass

Here I am coming up with totally plausible ideas and youre making jokes.

Now, back to my nukes idea....

Good or bad memory in normal person doesn't get a reward from that sort of thing so no incentive

But then who doesn't get some satisfaction from a little payback?

Agreed. So why don't more people realize guns really aren't necessary for personal protection and that they, in fact, increase your odds of being shot?
I think people know, they just don't care. The risk increase is incredibly small.
See, I'm not sure that they do know. Seems to me that too many people are fed the narrative that buying gunz for home protection is a prudent thing to do in these "scary, lawless times" and that gunz are the only thing that kept that damn Muslim foreigner Obama from forcing Sharia law on :jesus: Murica.

That is nothing new yes, but still, if massing shooting gets more consistent, more tragedies like this at a certain place like I aforementioned may bound to happen. Fortunately there's security before entering, unless the potential shooters are too crazy.
At a night club? That security won't do shit. They are bouncers, not security personnel.
I just said the wrong word, didn't think the word "bouncer" at the time. Yes essentially they are unarmed "securities".

Here we jump through some hoops, i don't own any so I don't have the details but basic criteria includes, licencing which includes training/course of some kind, some psych test, and responsibility for correct storage. People can still get their hands on guns illegally but the repercussions for owning one in that capacity are harsh.

Pros and cons of course.

I don't like where we are at completely and have a friend that was wrongly accused of threatening lives by his ex wife and it was a major ordeal because he was licensed and owns about $80k in firearms. Such BS. His biggest obstacle was the one gun he had "incorrectly stored" in his home, which I take as the self defence piece.

On the flip side I am seriously disappointed in the mass shootings happening by American citizens onto their own people with weapons that should never have been so easily accessible.

Wait, let me make it easier on some:
Shut up :canuck:
As far as I know about the shooter himself, his stepdad did have a locked case, and the AR15 was legally registered. The kid somehow ceased an opportunity to access it and be able to do whatever the fuck he wants. Same shit happened in Boston shooting too.

So the dad should be on the hook for failing to adequately store a firearm causing multiple fatalities. 30 yrs, 15 yrs with good behavior and the remaining time on parole and never allowed to carry or own anything short of a drivers license.

I can't really speak the more stories behind it. Cause it was explained on the Most "un"trusted News, Aka CNN. It is possible the kid was trying to find where the stepdad hid the keys for a good amount of time or somehow found a way to break into the case. Because remember, he got kicked out of that high school, so he was planning to do something like this for a long time. At least that is my assumption.

I live in Grand Rapids,MI. Almost everything in this area is named after a DeVos or Van Andel, the cofounders of the legal pyramid scheme, Amway who are from here. GR is a "red" city, which is unheard of. They dump a lot of money into the town.

The schools are so fucked here that houses next to each other that are in different school districts can be priced 20% or more apart.

That dumb succubus wants to do that everywhere

Expanding on :melon: 's post above:

https://www.vox.com/2018/3/14/17120046/ ... un-control
A teacher who is also a reserve police officer trained to use a gun accidentally discharged a firearm at Seaside High School in Monterey County, California, on Tuesday. According to the local outlet KSBW, Dennis Alexander’s gun went off around 1 pm while he was teaching a course about gun safety.
In a separate incident in Alexandria, Virginia, on Tuesday, a school resource officer — a five-year veteran of the Alexandria Police Department — accidentally discharged his weapon while inside George Washington Middle School.

I'm all for an armed, trained school resource officer but that's nothing new. They had an officer at most high schools back when I graduated in 08
