My relatives have houses on Emerald Isle and the houses were in good shape afterwards. The docks, not so much.

3.9% vs 6% unemployment. I'm happy you guys have a strong economy, we get the trickle effect of that. Not sure how much of that is theTrump administration because I'm a when it comes to politics. I'm not paying my Prime Minster to be laughing. Technically he should be licking Donald's scrotum IMHO

If the last two administrations didn't print so much money I'd bet that 7 yrs is about how long it takes before the economy goes south on us (pun intended).KYGTIGuy wrote: ↑Tue Sep 25, 2018 3:57 pm4.7 when he took over. 7 year downward tend just continuedTarspin wrote: ↑Tue Sep 25, 2018 3:43 pm 3.9% vs 6% unemployment. Well yeah obviously, it's used to contract the monetary base, which was already self-imploding in 2008. The Fed along with almost every country expanded it right after that as a countermeasure. It was either monetary expansion, global war or proverbial master reset button. Seemed the least harsh, but one can argue that it wasn't honest and the most honest approach of resetting by allowing corps to shrivel up and die would also pull down all the other companies that sustain the economy. Austerity is saved for rapid inflation rates coupled with or in conjunction to increased interest rates. In our case @apex already suggested that rates will go up a planned seven times for a total of 1.75% which I think is fair.
Ok gotta wipe and wash.
With interest rates so low now, we got no where to go when the economy tanks.Tarspin wrote: ↑Tue Sep 25, 2018 4:41 pmWell yeah obviously, it's used to contract the monetary base, which was already self-imploding in 2008. Don't let me rain on the parade, DT is still full blown vaginal vinegar wash. Just saying the economy is hot and my leader needs to stick his tongue in the holiest of holes on that fat fuck.
