It is the same as Carl's Jr., but located in the midwest. Same Company, same food.max225 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 24, 2020 11:17 amDang I don’t even know what Hardee’s is...Detroit wrote: ↑Thu Sep 24, 2020 11:14 am I haven't eaten fast food in years. Last week, heading downstate to get some stuff, I decided to stop at a Hardee's. I've never been to a Hardee's despite enjoying Carl's Jr. out west. Figured it would be worth trying something "new".
Ordered a double cheeseburger combo. Waited 20 minutes for it, cost me $8.50, and hit the road only to find a single hamburger and a half filled fry container with cold soggy fries. Awesome, and reminded me why I don't do fast food.

So Hardee's really is just a middle of the country thing.

They have a lot of them at highway rest stops, which are all just abysmal, per your example.

I should have known better, but I was hungry and really just wanted to get back on the road. It's a brand new Love's built last year, really nice place, so I figured the Hardee's should be decent.Desertbreh wrote: ↑Thu Sep 24, 2020 1:33 pmThey have a lot of them at highway rest stops, which are all just abysmal, per your example.
I would have been better off hungry.

I find Tapatalk can get somewhat invasive with notifications, but once you get it tuned it right it works well.
Haven't had an issue with the mobile site, but tapa is easier for shitposting for sure.

It's the device notifications that really drive me nuts. Every time I think I have them all off, another pops up within a day.

Got an email a bit ago, hope everyone is getting along.
I ended up disabling them entirely. It would get too crazy.Detroit wrote:It's the device notifications that really drive me nuts. Every time I think I have them all off, another pops up within a day.

It's always been Hardees here in NC/southeast. My dad worked at a Hardees in the 60s in Charlotte as his first job in HS, so they've been called that here for at least that long.
Notifications in general are Fucking technology I will check things when I damn please.Gberg2119 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 24, 2020 2:09 pm09vdubgti wrote:Hey all! How's everyone doing?
