So much this. As a :fatty: this is even more true.

Thin people can get colder than fat people :science:

If I were thin again, I'd enjoy the heat more for sure.

I don't think of myself as thin because I'm a lot fatter than I used to be - and at least the withings scale says I'm still hovering around 15% BF - but I guess on a scale of muricans I still have essentially zero fat.

I still have about 3" of extra blubber on my belly. :fatty:

I need Max to hire me so I can move to California and live the epic climate lyfe.

I hate everything over 90 F.
I am generally OK with colder climates but at some point, like 10F, it's just fucking cold.

Probably all the years of skiing alone, but I find it truly peaceful to be sitting on a chairlift in brutally cold weather by myself, usually in the dark.

Bundled up, nice and warm in my gear as the cold winds attempt to gain purchase beneath the layers. My mind is calm as I don’t have anything to worry about. Sitting there alone, with my mind at ease; a state of bliss that is rarely heralded in life. The quiet hum of the cables as the chair softly bounces across the lift supports on the way up, a slight anticipation creeps in as the lights of the top lift grow closer.

Man I miss that.

That happened to ours a month or so ago. Annoying for a couple of days but zero cost and I didn't have to carry a fucking water heater up the stairs. Renting is indeed :notbad:

55 is perfect jeans and henley weather. With sandals, thanks.

Once it hits about 85 I begin to melt, though. Even at 75 I can crack a sweat in the sun with basically no effort. That northern European blood does not like the heat.

Went to a wedding over the weekend. Walked into the building and my wife and I were just about the only people wearing masks. Was brutally hot outside and food and drink were served inside, so plenty of time spent inside with people shouting over music and basically 5 of 80 people wearing masks.

I'll miss you all. :RIP:

Don Henley bro, from The Eagles. :wrong:

I was ok with colder weather until I lived in KY and adjusted to the heat. Now under 75 I start getting cold, depending on the wind+sun.

On the bike when I go out early and I'm hitting 30+ mph winds in the shade, 70F is already cold and my nose is running.
