For the nothingness that they are, they are friggen addicting.
We ate them in Tennessee last year and the four of us started small, then ended up making 3 rounds of orders that kept getting bigger and ate like total

As a teaser, go to Safeway, they sell them frozen in a box and they are the same, just not as good as fresh but the size is the same.

My record is 7 sliders, back in my 20's.Desertbreh wrote: ↑Tue Aug 20, 2019 6:15 pmI was leaving Las Vegas (always a good idea) and stopped at the "World's Largest Chevron" at Terrible's on the return trip down the 15. Got hammered for 91 at $4.35 a gallon. World's most expensive Chevron too.
Next I walked inside and ordered my very first bag of fresh White Castle Cheeseburgers. They were excellent. Ate 4. Could have downed many more.
Other trip notes:
1. 80 mph for Tractor Trailers is too fast. Literally almost run off the road by one not doing his job.
2. Took a rock strike on the 15 leaving the Strip that TRASHED my windshield. Multiple cracks from a strike right on the top edge. $250 deductible, I assume the HUD Bimmer windshield is a 4 digit item.
Not all that , really.

They're small, the original sliders, maybe 3-4" across.SAWCE wrote: ↑Tue Aug 20, 2019 8:33 pmWhat would you compare the size of the burgers to? Wondering how many I could smash at once.. thinking a good 6 at least if you did 4 with ease.CorvetteWaxer wrote: ↑Tue Aug 20, 2019 8:09 pm

I get it when you roll up on a concrete truck/debris hauler/street sweeper.......but this thing came out of nowhere and in 50 years I have not seen such complete ruination so quickly. Unrepairable in like 5 minutes. Strike right on the top edge of the winshield.CorvetteWaxer wrote: ↑Tue Aug 20, 2019 7:51 pmOuch man, that sucks about the windshield. I just got a large crack in the ZR2's as well from a truck entering the freeway from a construction zone.Desertbreh wrote: ↑Tue Aug 20, 2019 6:15 pm

This station near my work always has really high prices and last week I saw it say $4.99 for 91. Seems they corrected it now to a measly $4.19. https://www.gasbuddy.com/Station/7480

We're going on a long weekend camping trip tomorrow too. Heading to the dunes on the west side of MI on Lake MI. Campground we haven't been to yet...a federal one.

Why not? Campground we’ve stayed at before; and since it’s week we aren’t in OC proper that much.Calvinball wrote: ↑Wed Aug 21, 2019 8:24 amCamping...Ocean City??Apex wrote:
