What about Colorado? Its the new mecca. House pricing will likely be what you are used to tho. Could be a "baragain" in your ideas
boulder/Denver area.
I'd love to live there. Lisa doesn't want perpetual cold. I'll have to look into it more but our friends out there say there is a ton of snow.
it really depends the area and side of mountains you live on. It can't be any worse than the philly cold.
Amusingly, you guys aren't looking for much different of a place than us... for the results of your research. I'm kind of stuck on Charlotte despite the humidity.
I'm really tired of Trumpistan, which is tough because almost everywhere warm is also Trumpy.

My guess would be that Chris took some time off because he has read the dialogue on this page 1,345 times and decided to spend some of his free time doing something besides beating a horse to death.

No real rush, just an interesting exercise. We've talked about moving but the only way we are doing that is if we are both on board with the location.

we do the same thing often. Lot of family ties here make it difficult to leave.
I had a breakdown in Louisville in March. Buddy's truck shredded the serpentine belt on the highway at 4am. Dat Duramax kept running though then put a belt on in the pouring rain once Advance Auto opened.
