I’m getting better at aeropress but it’s not a one button and done deal. It was a godsend on my trip though. But dehydrated coffee works fine too so idk.
Dermatologist appointment this morning. They took three miles off to biopsy. Now I get to be anxious for the next week waiting for results to see if I have melanoma again.

Three miles??
Lol whoops. Moles. Three miles worth of them though. They peeled me like an apple
Sounds like I’ll probably start going back to school part time for work. $4k a year available for tuition reimbursement, and they give you a raise for every cert you get if it’s related to your function, so it makes sense to start stacking them up now and get my base pay as high as possible. Adding to your skill set is never a bad thing for the future either. Going to start with a PM certificate and then get my PMP.
I’ll likely buy a new laptop finally to use for school and the rare occasion I need a computer at home for stuff. I have my old 2009(? Might be 2010) MacBook Pro, but it’s failing and slipped out of a backpack once and get fucked up. Pricey, but I got 10 years of use from it, and I’ll probably replace it with another one of theirs and hope for another 10 years. Looking at the basic 13” MBP. Maybe throw the extra ram at it when I order it just for shits and giggles, but even 16gb is a huge upgrade from the 4 or whatever is in my current one.

Yessir. Leaving money on the table if you aren’t taking advantage of that shit and your company offers it.

I’d like to grab the 15” MBP but fuck they start at $2400 now and I don’t give a fuck about some of the features that drive that price up there.
The new MBP’s are plagued by shitty keyboard issues.
I’d look into a generation before the new one’s 15”.

DFD. The forum where everybody makes the same choices and then tells anybody trying to join the club that they are the stupidest motherfucker to ever walk the earth.
