Just cause they so it like shit in your town doesn't mean that's the case everywhere.
In fact, that's sure as shit not what happens here.

Just ordered 20lbs more whey protein. Shit has gotten expensive. $175 after taxes and a 25% off code I had. When I started lifting 12 years ago we could get 10lb bags for $70-80ish before any discounts

I began to lay off of supps and eliminated my consumption. I quit pre workout, since then i only got c4 drinks 4 times since off my gym store, happy with it that way since. Now I drink my whey half a scoop, i have the syntha limited edition candy cane whey, and i have about 6 scoops left.

Yeah I used to do lots of differents supps, but now it's just whey isolate protein. I have a bunch of pre workout that I got for free over the last year from Animal, so I'll use a scoop here and there, but I don't put money into it anymore.MexicanYarisTK wrote: ↑Mon Mar 25, 2019 3:26 pmI began to lay off of supps and eliminated my consumption. Free pre’s are especially knowing when you so actually need it and not spend money on it. My syntha 6 is just whey and I started with dymatize iso, but with half a scoop it is my iso, as far as calories on each scoop is concernedSAWCE wrote: ↑Mon Mar 25, 2019 3:30 pmYeah I used to do lots of differents supps, but now it's just whey isolate protein. Quoting from burger thread..
Pulled nutrition info off of Shack's website now, and Mac and Cheese from Kraft's.. meal before ice cream was 2360 calories I'll call it an even 2500 with the ice cream since I'm not sure how much was left, but there wasn't too much.SAWCE wrote: ↑Mon Mar 25, 2019 6:49 pm Speaking of, some of you saw I went back to Shake Shack last night. Fuck, it's good. Got two cheeseburgers this time, built as I typed above, and a chicken sandwich. Sandwich was good, but not as good as the burgers. I had them leave the mayo off the sandwich. Next time I'll get it with mayo since everyone says to leave the mayo on. I added their Lousiana Hot Sauce to it, and that helped. Crinkle cut fries like theirs usually make me think of making some at home out of a bag, but theirs are still good.
Not completely related, but finished off the cheat meal by eating most of a box of Mac and Cheese. Waited an hour or so then polished off some Tilamook mint chocolate chip ice cream that had been in our freezer for a month or so.

I ate a little more than half a chicken, 3/4 a bag of green beans, and 3 potatoes tonight.
About to pound some ice cream too.

Should’ve unscrewed their tire cap and let air completely out of one of them.
