that blows.
I'm involved in a project that is likely going to court at some point now. So this week has been lots of meetings, finger pointing, stress, and documentation.
so like the shit part of engineering work. Being a lawyer without being paid like one.
Does your company have in house council or do they farm out their legal work?

The email I wish I could send:
Dear Upper Manglement,
Yes, of COURSE we overbought last year. Remember when you all said that because of the tarriff we should not lose an opportunity to buy extra inventory, from any vendor, whenever the opportunity presents itself? You do? Good, then stop whining about our inventory being too big today. And, Sales, start selling the shit you whined to me and Purchasing about to buy more of. Kthx.
xoxo,

Snow finally came to West Michigan and my snow tires are the balls.[user not found] wrote: ↑Fri Jan 25, 2019 12:04 am What really going to make a difference more than AWD in snow would be having the right tires and some ground clearance.
BMW’s xDrive is perfectly capable. I’ll bet his tires were summer tires or worn out.

necessary or no?Jaxper wrote: ↑Thu Jan 24, 2019 12:33 pm I know I've asked this before, but want to again, in case there are more on the radar or if others want to chime in. I mentioned yesterday that I only recently discovered that my employer offers auto discounts so it got my brain going like
I started looking around, all hypothetical at this point, for an AWD turbo car - hatch, sedan, mini-SUV - that could replace my MK7. The main factor is to get AWD for our ski trips and generic winter season driving.
I know basically any Audi hits the requirements, so I've checked those out. I've looked at the BMW 3 series, Benz C class, among others. Should anything else be on my radar (used, ideally CPO, market, preferably under $20k)? I'd work to getting ~$12.5k on trade-in, if possible, to minimize monthly payments as much as possible.

I know.... I know.
I write emails with no recipients all the time and end of deleting them. Only a couple of times have I decided there were ZFG and I added people and hit send. Luckily, the others on the email ack'd that they screwed up and agreed with me.
how that really happened, but I went with it.

I cannot truly speak, other than it being a lease, therefore no mods, not a car guy. He’d probably rocked oem tires so all season? Or bmw puts summer. Even that said, as far as awd germans are concerned, it seems like the xdrive (from what i heard) doesn’t hold a candle to a quattro, 4 matic, haldex, etc[user not found] wrote: ↑Fri Jan 25, 2019 12:04 am What really going to make a difference more than AWD in snow would be having the right tires and some ground clearance.

Just got the scores back for my last CLEP I took this week. Looks like I have all the credits needed to finish my two associates degrees. I just need to contact the college and have them apply the credits for me.
I guess this means I need to start work on my BA. Im only a few years behind my friends who went to college. But luckily student loan debt free. And never needed to sit in a classroom. CLEP and DANTES for two associates so far.

Good on you for no debt, but why two associates? My questioning comes in the sense that 2 associates in terms of time/classes/credits is almost 1 bachelor's.Barnes93cb wrote: ↑Sat Jan 26, 2019 2:19 am Just got the scores back for my last CLEP I took this week. Because 95% of the required credits apply. Why not get two degrees when it cost me absolutely nothing except an extra 2 hours of my time?razr390 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 26, 2019 11:30 amGood on you for no debt, but why two associates? Makes sense, was asking only because it took you longer so I assumed they were two different programs.Barnes93cb wrote: ↑Mon Jan 28, 2019 12:20 amBecause 95% of the required credits apply. Why not get two degrees when it cost me absolutely nothing except an extra 2 hours of my time?
