They are stout and hold up for the few times you will use themBarnes93cb wrote: ↑Tue Oct 02, 2018 12:48 pm Anyone have experience with the HF engine hoist/stands?
Thinking about picking them up for the swap this weekend. Im no pro mechanic so I would bet they will last the 5 times I might ever use them in my life. Brand new theyre still cheaper than craigslist/marketplace.

simple shit all made by same factory in china, they are fine. The HF hoist's weak point might be the cylinder, but it will still last a LONG time.Barnes93cb wrote: ↑Tue Oct 02, 2018 12:48 pm Anyone have experience with the HF engine hoist/stands?

If storage is an issue places rent these as well.
No coupons for these at the minute. I already checked my account.dubshow wrote: ↑Tue Oct 02, 2018 1:04 pmBarnes, I would secondBig Brain Bradley wrote: ↑Tue Oct 02, 2018 1:03 pm

see if you can rent one or ask to borrow. Hell, check CL too. These are low use tools. If you are set on buying your own as easiest solution, I would totally recommend the HF stuff. Dont forget a coupon!
You already have a place lined up in TX?Barnes93cb wrote: ↑Tue Oct 02, 2018 1:24 pmNo coupons for these at the minute. I already checked my account.
Also none on CL locally. Ill have my own garage with a motorcylce and miata. I think storage will be okay. Plus a shed out back too.
