I'm amazed how many people rely on only a laptop or, worse, a tablet/phone instead of a real computer. That's one thing that I'm really get off my lawn about - big ass screens with a real keyboard and mouse is the way to go, even if you are only watching cat videos and posting on Facebook.

Tech has advanced so significantly over the last decade. Making much lighter and more portable “computers” items easy to carry around. It especially matters in meetings where it is much faster to open and start presenting. Also I haven’t touched a pc since i began working at home. I recently looked at a 15’’ inch macbook pro and it felt noticeably lighter compared to my 8 year old 13 incher that is actually smaller.troyguitar wrote: ↑Wed Dec 12, 2018 7:38 pm[user not found] wrote:

Feds tax the LLC and the individual at the same rate though. Local rates may be different though.[user not found] wrote: ↑Wed Dec 12, 2018 8:03 pmSee, this is what I want to pay a tax professional for. This is above my pay grade.[user not found] wrote: ↑Wed Dec 12, 2018 8:01 pm
Create LCC. LCC gets paid, she takes as pass through income.

Now that it reminds me, whenever im on laptop working depends on where i sit, ive been noticing that i adjust myself a little more, but this also may have to do with being a 6’footer myself especially sitting on a desk with non adjustable chair.[user not found] wrote: ↑Wed Dec 12, 2018 8:01 pmI'm sorta used to the laptop only screen from all my travel BUT when I have a proper setup I notice I get far less fatigued.troyguitar wrote: ↑Wed Dec 12, 2018 7:38 pm

[user not found] wrote: ↑Wed Dec 12, 2018 8:08 pmCorrect. The LLC is taxed at our individual rate, not the 1099 rate.
LLC is also a good idea to protect personal assets if shit hits the fan.

Wouldn't matter here. Even if Trump got 100% of the vote he would still lose.troyguitar wrote: ↑Wed Dec 12, 2018 8:16 pm[user not found] wrote:

It's LLC but you should really see someone NOW before the end of the month. There is a 20% deduction for pass through entities such as an LLC that your wife would qualify for.....whether that can be made retroactive to her income for the year is a tax question. Go seen an accountant immediately.[user not found] wrote: ↑Wed Dec 12, 2018 8:03 pmSee, this is what I want to pay a tax professional for.
