I didn't even bother DFDing when I was in Hawaii. Too much amazing stuff to see over there plus the time difference. We'll still be here when you get back.

For the record, Zilch and I met on match. But that was back when you had to pay to talk to people, so the mentality was at least a little less of “instant booty call.”
Barnes93cb wrote: Fri Jun 15, 2018 12:25 am Ive never understood the concept of sending an unsolicited dick pic. Why would you think someone wants to see that at random?
Because most dudes would love to see a females goods at random. So some assume it goes both ways. It does not.
It's really still not an "instant booty call" at all. I've been on lots of Tinder dates and only once was a girl down to just go :dock: after the date. I declined because she was awful.

On the flip side, never really had an issue pulling a chick from a bar when I was single. I think most girls are looking to date on Tinder, males are looking to hook up, so many people wind up dissatisfied. I was sort of in an "up for anything" state of mind and now have been dating the same girl for over two years. She also held out longer on :dock: than anyone else I've dated, interestingly.

I tried out Tinder, with no luck, back before I met my wife. Admittedly, though, I didn't try very hard because I wasn't seriously looking for someone at the time. When I met my wife, we both just happened to be at the same event for friends and it just clicked - right place at the right time kind of thing.

Also, unrelated, my wife and I just put a deposit to hold a dog from the rescue we got Luna. She's getting transported up here for their event on 6/29. Can't wait to add another 4 legged family member!

Ive never really known how to date or flirt. It just kinda happened. I also have no idea what tinder really is. Its just photos and swiping to say yes or no?

I had the opposite experience on Tinder. Some girls there were looking to date, while most were down to go out, have some fun, then :dock: after. Girls on Bumble seemed more interested in dating, so I used to two concurrently to fulfill both needs. Hell I had a few girls on Tinder that I didn't even need to take out, they just came over after sending a few messages back and forth.

I don't know that I ever had any shirtless pics on there. Girls always complained about dudes doing that, so I stayed away from it. Had a few shots of just me, one with me and Ava because girls couldn't resist that, and one or two candid ones with a friend or two where I was easily identifiable.

Most girls would actually comment that I was way bigger/taller in person than I looked in pictures..

I could swear I told the forum. I guess not.

Yeah it sucks from time to time. There are certainly better days than others. But I think in the long run its probably for the best.

Interesting. I think it's also relative to location. :iono: , don't think it was me though, because I've done pretty well out in the real world with chicks. In my area/circle of people I know quite a few serious relationshits/marriages that resulted from Tinder. I see it as just organic dating. See someone, find them attractive, talk to them, see where it goes. Stuff like OK Cupid that tries to match people based on all these arbitrary factors liked "Do you sleep on your side or your back? " don't make as much sense to me. I liked Tinder for the low time commitment.

Well congrats on being single, Barnes. Live it up. I had a failed engagement back in my early 20s, sometimes we make a wrong choice. Learn from it, move on, life can be better for it.

No significant water was in that ditch at anytime recently.
Depends on how fast it was flowing. You can definitely see there was at least a flow about 4' wide there based on the grass blades being bent over.
I'll go out on a limb and say the CFS in that ditch at 4' level ain't very high.

Yeah I was gonna say it's probably location specific. I'd hop on while in Seattle or Portland and find the same willingness of girls there as I would here in SD or LA, but when I was in Utah for example it was much more like your experience.

Grass blades clearly show the direction of flow and at least how deep it was (if not deeper, but not likely). You have no idea the slope, either.

Open your eyes, motherlicker.
