I'm getting 20+ mpg average in the Ram.
Not sure it's worth the disappoinment of not hearing the hemi doe. It's definitely the smart thing to do based on my usage but still. Probably the only thing I'd change about the truck I'd I had to pick something.

will your hours get better or worse? From what ive seen is the hours are still shit in a management roll and you have less good swings in pay/commissions potential. Im sure you wouldnt take the roll if the pay plan was

This seems like all good news, 5 more hours a week isn't terribad for more and consistent pay.[user not found] wrote: ↑Tue Jun 18, 2019 12:34 pmPay is more, pay is more consistent, I work only 5 more hours a week or so. So, instead of 44, I work 49.
It's a good move for career advancement.

No more commish? Gotta say, the straight salary life is better in a lot of ways. The constant hustle that starts every month at zero is definitely a grind.

Can someone still work directly with you to buy a car, or do they have to go through the floor monkey first?[user not found] wrote: ↑Wed Jun 19, 2019 10:31 amSalary + a per car unit bonus I get at the end of the month. I get paid on every car the store sells. New and used.

I am salary + commission/bonus based on territory growth. It's not a bad way to be, can fall back on the salary if a month is shit. The only thing tough with that pay plan for you is if you guys have any shit it effects your bottom line, but hopefully y'all hire good people.
