What ever happened to that flooded Mazda you and Husbrandon rebuilt?
He drove it for a while and sold it and then we bought the :truk:

We still see it driving around sometimes. It feels pretty good to see it.

I took a safety quiz at work once and won a Bose ipod dock from it :iono:

I was pretty :fuckyeah: about that for the rest of the week.
Took a quiz. Not aced it, or top-scored it. Just taking it won you a prize?
I'd like that too, but geez.
Open to err'one in the company. Take the quiz based on one of our safety standards, open book style. If you get 100% you're entered into the raffle. I was winnAr.

I should probably start a garage thread when I’m in front of a computer so I can share the dumb things we’ve been up to since then.

Maybe read through old posts to get context instead of thinking you know everything :micdrop: You do this a lot, like when you said my friend shouldn't buy a new truck even though you don't know his financial situation and just had your parents buy you a car... :roasted:

Deets? What the hell is this and what does it cover?
So, it’s a program where you prepay for your maintenance on the car at any VW :dillerman:

There are 3 tiers to their prepaid maintenance programs:
Tier 1: 10,000-30,000 miles maintenance service. $699 and covers all required AND recommended maintenance/service repairs for 10k, 20k, and 30k maintennace.
Tier 2: 40,000-50,000 miles maintenance service. $699 and covers the same thing. Includes DSG service (which here in northern Virginia/DC is like $550-750 depending on :dillerman: ).
Tier 3: 60,000-70,000 miles maintenance service. Includes same as above. $699

The cool thing is that you don’t have to pay it all upfront. You can pay for each “tier” BEFORE the tier would begin.

So, if I want tier 1, I can pay for prepaid at 9,999 miles. Likewise for tier 2 at 39,999, and tier 3 at 59,999

I don't really see the point of this. You're giving VW a loan.

Especially that first tier.. $700 sounds like a lot for 3 oil changes and a few filters. Maybe a brake job is included in that, but even then.. sounds overpriced...
