I'm a little scared that the we likely won't see such public disappointment since @dgriff got his :poorvette: sport alignment!

Et tu Ronald? What is it about Red Stripe that makes you all warm and fuzzy?

1. You got off a cruise in Jamaica and watched the waves roll in whilst squeezing Mrs. Broham and drinking the magical potion?
2. The short stubby bottle and "Diver Down" logo has you bewitched?
3. You own Red Stripe stock?

I spent a week in Ocho Rios drinking "the best beer in the world mon" and I wasn't taken in for a second, not from the first beer to the 156nd. It's the ONLY BEER in Jamaica mon. That is it's redeeming characteristic. Which would be like if you were stuck in Miami and Natty Light was the only and and hence "best beer in America." Fortunately, that's not the case.

Horrible beer, 5/7 marketing doe.
Presidente was the best beer in the Dominican Republic when I was there, for the same reasons.

Snobbery continues...

I like this a lot. Usually to get the bold and strong flavors I like most, I’m dealing with beers 8% and up. This drinks like a darn good double ipa but is more manageable at 6%.

I'm more curious about the picture than the beer, I've had it before and mostly agree with Desertbreh.... but besides that.

What kind of camera trickery did you do to get the beer in the glass to look level, but the bottle, glass, countertop and backsplash all are leaning to the left. Was your camera drunk, is this an angles perception game, or is your house on a hill and not level?

I bought a 6 pack of Drake's Denogginizer Double IPA last night and it looks like I drank 5 of them. Might explain the memory gap.

Bought a 6 of this up in Wisconsin last week. It's not available (yet) in Chicago but a neighbor brought some to our neighborhood Christmas party last year and it was 5/7 so I was excited to bring some home.

Cape May makes some good stuff, I’m a fan of Devil’s Reach.

They have a sour ipa out called Corrosion that I haven’t but the bullet and tried yet. Just can’t wrap my head around it.

Mother of God. Had to search this one out. Went on a fierce beer run. Found this at our local charity beer fest in April. Was amazed. I've only seen 2 of sweet waters beers out and don't care for either greatly.

The worker says oh yeah you can find it at race track. A fucking gas station chain!? "Yessir. They are the number 1 retailer of beer. Only available in 16oz cans too. They REALLY would crush it with this being easy to find... So yeah 2 16oz for $3.50.

Floral note IPA not very bitter. No sweetness with pineapple finish and notes in the head. :megusta:

So this was a slight disapptment. I can tell the beer is excellent. Robust flavor. A hair sweet. Great PB and toasty chocolate balance and smooth.

But something most have gone wrong as it's super tin-y. I guess beer corrupted can or was contimanted somehow or the can liner wasn't up to par. All the flavor is there then wam metallic taste.

Outside bacteria got in there somewhere in the process.

I always forget to post stuff in this thread. I’ve got a few to throw up here later, hopefully I remember.

By the time everything is done and kids are in bed and I’m cracking beers, social media isn’t really on my mind lol.

I have no photos. But I can tell you the worlds best beer is Red Horse from the Philippines. By far the best beer ive had in the last 4 months.

Its got some flavor, its got plenty of booze, it was cold, and the cans are 500ml.

Overall the beer is shit. But its boozy.
