Very intense coffee flavor. Very distinctive roast. If you like dark coffee and classic stouts this is your jam. Image

Such photo op in front of coffee maker and grinder. Very dual emphasis. Wow.

It was 5/7. Smooth, with a nice, subtle bittersweet chocolate finish.

Yeah I don’t like the bitter roasty burnt aftertaste of a lot of porters and stouts. I also don’t like coffee flavored beer. And could do without overly chocolatey beer.

Best porters I’ve had are Green Man from Asheville and this Bells one.

This definitely over chocolatey, imo. I thought it was pretty subtle, but YMMV, of course.

Haven’t participated in here in a while but finally made it to a semi-local brewery that I’ve been meaning to visit for over a year.

The wait was well worth it. Separatist Beer Project in Easton, PA is a solid destination.

Went to an Indian restaurant with some old friends tonight and had this Porter. It was surprisingly smooth and flavorful. 22oz bottle.

Galway.
This Kojak was amazing. So full of flavor and :mindblown: smooth, like next-level Guinness.
The cider was pretty great too, if you like cider. Crisp, and just sweet enough.Image
