Costco online has a big thing going on...and it looks like they're liquidating a lot of their summer seasonal items (like kayaks) to make room for fall stuff. It actually makes a lot of sense in that regard. I imagine other stores are doing the same.
We bought very little from Amazon tho. A few household necessity things went on sale that we stocked up on. Other than the tire pressure gauge I impulse bought, we didn't really get anything else.
I might buy a new lunchbox and am now looking for some sleeping bag s.

My guess would be that Chris took some time off because he has read the dialogue on this page 1,345 times and decided to spend some of his free time doing something besides beating a horse to death.

Just went outside and tested the new gauge with good results. The gauge on my pump wildly inaccurate. Here's the readings from the pump and what the gauge said.
Overpumped them all then leveled them off at 39psi with the gauge

Pump:
LF - 39 RF - 40
LR - 40 LR - 42
Gauge:
LF - 35 RF - 36
LR - 37 LR - 39
that was crazy fast shipping.
also, how do you know which is more accurate?
Obviously the shiny new one is the correct one.
I have 4 gayges and they all read somewhere within a .5-.8 PSI spread. Nothing to worry about really, as long as they are consistent in their readings. Being 1 PSI over or under won't be a disaster, but just make sure if it reads 38, it always reads 38 so your tires are all close enough to the target pressure.

According to the manufacturer..
Performance tested, certified accurate, & calibrated to ANSI B40.1 International Accuracy Standards (±2-3%), ensuring precise tire pressure readings without relying on batteries
It also has ElitePro in the name so it must be good.

Sure but clearly the gauge on my 11 year old pump is not right seeing a spread like that.
My gayge was supposedly delivered today as well. I'll check trailer pressure with it this weekend.

It's a lot of meat but Costco has bargains on prime beef.
Plan today was to go get a full brisket to smoke tomorrow but I'm being lazy and don't want to leave the house
Yeah, they had Brisket's out too and I was tempted, but we're going to see a concert tomorrow and the weekend is kinda busy.
Just FYI, always ask the meat guys at Costco if you don't see the meat out. They don't put the whole Prime Ribeye or New Yorks out at my Costco due to the price, they usually just put out cut steaks.
interesting. Ive seen them growing but it always looked like a sketchy 3rd party chinese site so I avoided.
Nah,
My friend quit his job as a prosecutor for San Mateo County and started this with a co-worker. Originally it was Ebates and they only recently changed the name officially. It works well and there's a lot of affiliation with stores for various amounts of cash back on your shopping trips. Sometimes it's quite a bit, and especially when they run "specials" I've gotten 20% off on Nike.com before, and stuff like that. I installed the chrome plugin years ago so it actually lights up when you're on a site that gives cash back and you just need to click it to activate it.
