Supposed to help with anxiety and stuff. I've been liking it. Slept alone with it the last two nights, and its definitely a comforting feeling pulling it over you and feeling the weight of it. I can't say that it's helping me fall asleep any faster, but I do seem to wake up less so far, but I'll need more time to determine that for sure or if I just happened to wake up less the last few nights.

In4 long term review. It hasn't been too hot?

One of my best friends has been using a 40lbs blanket for over a year and can't say enough good things about it.

Got the printer set up. Ordered a new large 27" curve monitor. Made headless owls. Still trying to calibrate the printer. ImageImage

had an error in calibration i think. didnt have a good flat base print so it didnt bond well and the head melted to one owl. The owls are the test file to help you set up the printer.

Haha..

I don't think I want to post the stuff I've been buying. I've done about $2200 in knives in November alone and have a bunch of night vision I'm looking at right now.

Bought my older kid a drum set... cliché i know but he's been taking lessons for a few months and the teacher says he's pretty rad, gets a one time quick verbal to do something and my kid just does it on command.

I found a used Pearl Target Series which I bought off of a drum instructor advertising on the local buy/sell here. It has an upgraded foot pedal and I'm getting better heads from a good buddy who is into drums. It is a nice entry level kit that does everything okay. It's hidden at my parent's place, but I'm :excited: to rip it!

Worst case the kid bails on the activity and I can sell it for what I paid, seems to make more sense to me then getting a new no name kit.

Reviews state that the hardware/brackets on cheap Pearl kits have been known to wear out but the company is great about shipping out a replacement for free so there really wasn't any risk or downside.
