I’m too old for that shit. Even going on a Friday or a Saturday night is questionable for me
So I bought some useless junk recently...
Hanging in there. I got a report from daycare last week and thought about you.
My daughter is 2 and a half and is potty training at daycare. They take all the girls into the bathroom and then when they are finished, the girls leave and the boys come in. Well, the other day my daughter was using the bathroom when a little boy came walking in before the girls were done and this pissed off my daughter (Josefine and we call her Fini pronounced Finny). She reached into the toilet bowl she was using, grabbed some of her fresh poop and threw it at the invader...
On the other hand I bet the boys wait next time.

Today I picked up and I's new airboat hauler. Totally digging it so far. Will get more pics later. Going to be installing NOS, some D-links, toolbox to store my JB Weld supply, and a winch.

I thought y'all were hoping for the aluminum doe?
That was the original plan. But man. That cost is just way too up there.

yes. steel is easier to weld and I'd argue easier to tow loaded too.Acid666 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2019 7:50 amBig Brain Bradley wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2019 6:28 am

Yeah, I was opposed to wooden deck until I really looked at how many people I know use them and are still in great shape. I'm going to prep it this weekend and either paint it (with a deck paint with sand in it so it's got some grip) or go with a buddy's concoction of tranny fluid and kerosene that'll seal the ever living hell out of it.Big Brain Bradley wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2019 8:13 amyes. steel is easier to weld and I'd argue easier to tow loaded too.
Already got plans for a winch so I'm looking at battery options and toolbox options on that front triangular space on the tongue. Alan said he's got a box he wants so we might move it around on the front and see what kinda space we're working with and then I'll drill it into place and put some rubber gaskets and shit.
It's a 20' so we've got the real estate. We may modify the ramps with a strip of flat bar down the middle to help tires roll flat over the angle irons. The dovetail seems to get pretty low with a good angle, and we might not need race ramps for anything other than the C5. The Meowta, our MR2s and Alan's E30 will likely be able to roll straight on up with the existing ramps.
I found out today that people are putting solar panel kits on theirs to keep the battery trickle charged, so I'll start looking into that soon since we'll have a winch, and possibly look into some leds on the sides and underneath. It feels weird to finally own a trailer. I can actually move cars and not worry so much about the race cars.
Now I just need to anticipate my transmission needing a rebuild on the truck.

Was going to buy my mom a new Corolla today but she declined. Said she didn't need it and it was too expensive.
I went over to pick up my Rolex from the dealer, I had sent it back to Rolex to get the clasp replaced.... While there, I spent $1k more than the Corolla and got a second watch.
