It is a criminal “reckless driving” moving violation. They don’t TELL you that, though. It will say it on your ticket.

In high school, one of my friends was wearing a VA Cavaliers Shirt (aka UVA, aka Charlottesville), we used note cards to cover some letters and written a few to cover other letters, so it said "vagina cockers" and rocked it in the hall
