Out of no where and creepy stalker-ish, but how is your Blackstone holding up? I have the small two burner one and the griddle portion is rusted to shit after about a tear and a half. I don't use it anymore. However I bought my buddy this one:

https://bluerhino.com/products/grills/razor/ggc1643b

as a house warming gift and DAMN I am so jealous. When I un packaged it there was paper stuck to it with some adhesive that I tried to clean off with heat and water, but gave up as it wasn't coming off and there was nothing about it in the directions. This one is holding up much better than my Blackstone so far 5/7 would recommend.
My Blackstone is doing great, used it last week for making breakfast for 9 people. Eggs, bacon, hash browns, pancakes, ham, and french toast.

You know you can sand the griddle surface and wire wheel it and then re-season it and it will be perfect again.

You need to store it with a coating of something to prohibit rust. I use Crisbee since it is not dairy and won't go rancid or disappear over time, then put a cover on it.

Nice to hear. Honestly I love going to my friend's house and cooking breakfast for everyone on that griddle. I especially love the ease of cleaning for experimentation. I recently made honey nut cheerio encrusted french toast and it went over pretty well. Screw up? scrape off and start over :D

Will be at the Palazzo.

Tonight we see Billy Idol. Tomorrow we run to Arizona to see the wife's parents.

TI is fine. I was there and palazzo last year. No one spends time inside the room anyway. Had quite an epic view on the 38 th floor :doe: So that was nice.

Installed a mirrortap in the 911 today to hardwire the V1. Super simple in this car, the wires are right there in the upper console.

As mentioned in the other thread, also installed the Frunk lid liner and clear front markers.

Scheduling an appt. with Sharkwerks to have the brake rotors replaced on the 991.2

The factory iron brakes are a pain in my ass. ONE wash and the hats and holes in the rotors rusted up and are now something that belongs on a Mustang.

Looks like I'm going with Girodisc two piece rotors all around that are slotted and all four corners will be 350mm rotors. Also, zinc coated so they won't instantly rust and look poverty spec.

They're a shop up here that does a lot of work on 911's, including some for famous people.

Also thinking about getting the wheels powder coated silver. I really don't like black wheels.

Image

Maybe so it looks something more like how this 991.1 is setup:

Any opinions?

Better off trying to trade them for a silver set.
