I'll check my calendar and see what we might be able to work out. We have quite a few camping trips planned...

Old dude buying it as his "modern" hot rod. He was enamored with the car. Paying $16,500, which is fair for both parties IMO.
I paid $17k for it almost exactly 5 years ago. Lit $5k on fire with mods and maintenance, so $1.1k per year or ~$92/mo is pretty great for the enjoyment I got out of it IMO.

It's what it's worth TBH. I've had it listed for sale all summer. Started at 19k...nothing. Then 18k....nothing. Then $17.5k and I started getting some bites. Even then, all I got were offers to trade for Harleys and the occasional lowall $12k offer. ONE dude was willing to pay $15k, but he was coming up from Cincinnati and I don't trust a stranger long distance thing.
So $16.5k is about all it's worth. Dude did say that if he ever sells it he'll tell me first.
I've got more remorse selling this than I expected, but really I'm just over it. Going to focus on camping and biking and whatnot for a while. I might buy something else later.

If I get another vehicle it'll be something like a Gen 1.5 Viper GTS or a Porsche 968 or maybe a Porsche 996 Targa. But I'm taking a break from all that for a while.

I was talking vipers but forgot green was gen 1.5 only. My friend's neighbor has a orange gen IV down in Florida he wants to sell at some point. Would match the Gladiator
Can't wait to see it tomorrow

Oh man, an Orange Gen IV would be but probably more than I'll want to spend on a fun vehicle. I'm just kind of over it.
Very about my JT. Delivery is 9:30am tomorrow, Camdalf goes to it's new owner tomorrow night. Lots of car moves all at once.

I'm just curious, but was an avalanche style folding rear seat ever considered for the gladiator? Everything else is removable so I'd imagine Jeep could figure out how to not make it a leaky mess like GM since nearly every other panel has to be properly sealed too.
