Paid more attention to it while driving it back to the diller. Rubber steering wheel. Plastic shift knob. No heated seats. Mucho hard plastic on the dash and door cards. No sunglasses holder in the roof. Prop rod for the hood.
:disgust:
:gag:

Looking at VW's website and mine was an SE. Real leather steering wheel, brown leatherette interior, and heated seats. It did have the poverty radio though so no sirius.
Yea that's better than what I had.

I thought of getting a 2.5 Jetta and slap a nice exhaust on it for shits and giggles. But if I wanna make it remotely close to a GTI, I need dat 93 octane tune :wasteful:

modding a turbo vs an NA car are :mindblown: ingly different in terms of bang for buck, modding a 8-9th gen Civic Si for about $10k and still getting beat by a minivan :nope: Subaru isn't that far off either, because re-tune for every fucking mod.

I dunno mang, I agree with some of that... but my turbo 4 is quite nice. 0 turbro lag, some noises, relatively easy to service etc.

They did call me and left a message. My :dillerman: sent them the service records earlier today and I should have an update from VW tomorrow. They said they were still working on it.

"Good luck!"

I think they were going to tell him about a pending update, so probably promises of "soon". ??
