5k because fully loaded, sunroof, leather, yada-yada as the only option for PP

Bought the R. $1500 off list, Canadian price is $42k CAD for the ramz and dsg plus a million other charges and fees. Got the 6 yr bumper to bumper warranty for $700 off. So that is all. :twinsies: :gaydance:

R with a DSGAY must be nuts. What's the tech pack in Canada? DCC, nav, driver assist?

Nice! :plac: I would've liked to get a base one but the only options down here in 'murica are color and transmission.

And yeah. The soundacktor sounds :jizz: even though it's fake.

I know that in my MK7 GTI, it was louder in sport mode but always on otherwise.

I don't think it gets shut off completely but it's definitely lessened. I know it can be tweaked further with vag-com.

I've been driving in normal mode most of the time just so I can get used to one specific mode and experiment later. You should also have the custom mode where you can adjust everything individually.

So I've been liking the look of the Pretoria's more and more and that makes my upcoming decision about the Enkei's that much more difficult. Should I put a feeler out there to try and sell the PSS and run the Pretoria/Pirelli combo as my summer set? I'd purchase all-seasons for my Enkei's and run them in the winter. And since tire section width is all the rage, would I go 235 on the all-season? The 225/40 was the stock tire size for Mk6's with the 18x7.5 wheel. Does the extra half inch in width warrant going to a 235 on the Enkei?

225/40 Michelin Pilot Super Sport with about 5k on them.

I would not run the P-Zeros.

Have you had them before? They were complete shit on the S550 Mustang. I'm a PSS fan.

Go stock or go home IMO. Car is brand new. Use it with what it was designed. Not like you're on 225s up front :triggered:

Never had them before. I've only been on Conti DW and the PSS in my GTI. The PSS were on pretty much all of last summer and I thought they were amazing.

I agree on the wheel part but I have an almost new set of PSS on those Enkei's. And I'm going to have to switch to an all-season in October/November. Might as well do it on the smaller wheel.

But the Enkeis are 18s? I am confused...

You're going to put the enkeis on the current ride and replace the other wheels then get a 3rd set for A/S?

I am thinking of selling the Michelins on my Enkeis and making the Enkeis the "winter" wheel with an all season tire for November-March.

Since I like the look of the stock wheel so much, I was going to keep them on with the p zero's for summer.

That probably makes the most sense. If you wanted to :troywax:
You'd sell the Pirellis
Sell the PSS
and buy a new set of PSS for the current wheels and a set of winter wheels for the Enkeis
