Years back when our very own MrH bought his Genesis R spec the sales woman responded to one of his emails by making a video of her answering questions and then posted it to the dealer YouTube channel. That was so :wtf:

the tex is a large catch all for all the car people. I remember showing my friend the 'tex. He thought NASIOC (subie?) was the largest car forum of time. :wrong:

sit down right here little buddy an lets take a trip back to the late 90s. Thats how long the tex has been relevant to internet culture + cars. Its always :impressive:

Sounds like she's at least delivering on what they've promised so far. HOpefully it's less painful than my experience was :disgust:

Yea... I am just less sensitive I think... "overnight" docs took 5 days to get here. Then another 1-2 days for me to mail em back... then.... "funds need to clear" which is where I think you got hung up right?

That is correct. The real issue was with their communication though. They could have said “it takes a couple of days for funds to clear, then we’ll send the car”. Instead it was more like “we have a problem with your bank and can’t send the car” after I had signed off on a $20k loan, so my money was essentially gone. Then they either ignored me or anyone on the phone had zero clue what was going on....

The whole HVAC system thing would piss me off in that new a car. Truth be told we offed the CLS550 because of weak A/C and I feel there was some problem deep inside the dash that nobody would properly diagnose. You can hang meat in the E 350 so it's not a manufacturer wide issue.

This is my 5th BMW the first one with a what I think was a blend door issue... my 1992 325 coupe worked just fine.
