One of my aunts just bought my youngest cousin a pair of Jordans... and posted a photo of him wearing them.

Pretty sure I still have my "fly" Levi Silvertab shorts from the early 90's somewhere in a box.

Speaking of " :waxer: " sneakers, one of the :manuel: kids I went to high school with had a job at mcdonalds, rides his bike from school to work and bought like 90 pairs of sneakers, mostly being jordans, adidas and nikes.

I also have a friend who bought $400 nike high tops because of the edition in particular and thought to myself that I'd treat myself when I get a job, but look at me now. I could've gotten a pair of yeezy's but I'm :aintcare:

Now that I'm in Turkey, I bought 2 pairs of shoes. I now have roughly 9 pairs now, excluding my business attire/church shoes.

A few of my friends collect sneakers too... It is like car collecting for the poor, and you can actually make some money off it, if you know what you're doing.

Seems like a solid move, I'd love to go down to one car functionally but my wife won't have it and every once in a while we end up needing both of them. My Golf is worth low 20s and I can't even trade it on a new econobox without a bit of out of pocket costs so I'm probably going to driving the wheels off of it.

Hope you and your family are good!

Wow that's a great price. Happy for you JP. I know you're gonna miss it but there will always be shitloads of those cars on the used market if you ever miss it enough to want another one.

Dude, I am sad to see this thing go, but that is pretty darn epic. Smart move to take advantage while the grass is green and you don't need the thing. There is an entire life ahead and you're a smart dude, I'm sure your career will get back to where it was and beyond.

In other news... I miss seeing you around here, you should pop in, at least to the bike thread if you have time. I still credit you and [user not found] with a ton of my cycling/bike knowledge and really inspiring me to get so into the sport which I now love as much as anything.

It's a fantastic price as a seller.

Car is gone. Check came in. Full offer. Tons of :plac: profit.

Last week on Wednesday I got word that union negotiations are underway and I need to go to mandatory contingency training. 20 miles away. Every day. For 8 weeks. Starting monday this week. So I had to rent a vehicle.

Fucking lol.
