Actually you're right, I did pass the town on the way back to NYC. I'd probably make a stop there for the books if I have a reason to road trip to montreal, quebec the land of maple syrup and poutine.

That's the wrong side of the state to get to Queeebeck though. A stop in the Thousand Islands or Adirondacks would probably be a better choice if you're heading that way.
I have done a montreal roadtrip before, passing by Albany.

I know, total of a 9 hour drive and
on 1-2 hour flights
