Hard not to smile on vacay :) jeep is a solid possibility. The Type of jeep remains tbd for now. I can’t decide on rubicon vs Sahara vs Moab.

I highly recommend geology road in Joshua tree, prob one of my fav 2-3 hr semi soft road adventures. It can get increasingly difficult depending on your skill level and willingness to pop a tire and scrape.
