For the old design, 2.6" wide tires... not the new Addix rubber and not in normal widths.Johnny_P wrote: ↑Tue Dec 05, 2017 12:21 pm https://www.competitivecyclist.com/rc/1 ... daily-deal

I didn’t look too hard. I might pick up a few for the 29er. My rear tire is pretty much shot.fledonfoot wrote: ↑Tue Dec 05, 2017 2:31 pmFor the old design, 2.6" wide tires... not the new Addix rubber and not in normal widths.Johnny_P wrote: ↑Tue Dec 05, 2017 12:21 pm https://www.competitivecyclist.com/rc/1 ... daily-deal

I think I want a Specialized Crux or an All City Macho King. Thoughts?
Crux is lighter, carbon fiber, race geometry.
MK is a little more upright, steel, heavier, more burly.
Both should be able to fit rather fat tires. Both are loved by everyone that buys them. I test rode a MK and loved it. MK is $500 less than the Crux I'd want.

Six Mile had a lot of maintenance done on it when I rode Sunday. Lots of brush cut down and cleared out.
The one water crossing now has a bridge across it again, and they re-cut the blue trail leading to it which is 5/7.
