Seems like a really :notbad: :scrooge: solution if someone has the space.
I've got two 50 lb sacks of concrete in my garage if you want them for that. Image
Used rotors seem perfect for a home gym. Don't all of us have a stack of them?

Slide them onto a broomstick and away we go!

I’ve done very similar things to get people started squatting who can’t do a 45lb bar. Works quite well.

Good idea, I do have a stack, also four new ones in boxes.

Today is gross and rainy, but I think I'll implement tomorrow.

Need new sunglasses. Something with interchangeable lenses for dusk (yellow, amber, or red lens) and full sun (darker lens).

No idea where to start. My Smith glasses have been good. Kind of want normal looking sunglasses not space man ones.

I use a set of Oakley Jawbones that I love. Easily swap between lenses if you want, but I usually just keep the yellow lenses in.

Yeah those are cool. Maybe a little too spacey still but they’re neat.

Tire pulled off. Tape let loose at the seam and exposed the valve.

Re raped it. Fresh stans again. We will see if it holds overnight. If it does the beer truck will be in operation.

I rode on Sunday and it was 41. Wasn’t bad, but I should have tossed on a hat I think.

Truly was. Stopped a few times to soak up the sun and the relative silence. Was wonderful.
:nice:

If it’s dry one weekend we should MTB, unless you need to kill a million miles every day.

I count on everyone around me being similarly drunk enough to not :member: my embarrassment the next day. That, and no one recording my shame on their phone.

I'll dance in a dance class NFG since I'm being told exactly what to do, the problem I have with general dancing is that I have no idea what to do.

"Just have fun!"?

:bruh:

Fun with music for me is playing guitar, singing, or just plain listening to it. Not failing about or shaking my ass.

Anyone ridden through the pine barrens in NJ? Wondering how easy it would be to do a gravel type ride out that way. Lots of interesting things to see.

Also wondering if you guys know of maps or reports of which trails are mud bogs and which are packed gravel etc.

:dat: Id happily learn a structured dance and do some salsa or fuck, even line dancing. But just a free-for-all on the dance floor? No thanks Jeff.

If you stick to the main throughways, i.e. the straighter, wider roads, it's fairly packed down. If you get into the more twisty, windy trails, it can get a bit looser and sandy.

What size tires are you running?
40 tubeless. Probably too skinny for sugary sand. Wouldn't want to ride through a mud bog.

We can, however, go ride the MTB trails in Wharton if you're interested. They're twisty, windy, and fun. About 20+ miles of trails down there.

Ended up getting the wife this for a hunnit. It is in really nice shape and seems like a solid intro to bike ownershit... She is kind of picky and wanted certain things - cushy seat, upright seating position, etc. She really likes the look of this and the removable basket (doesn't feel comfortable riding with a backpack). So we'll see if the hobby sticks at all, but this will work out well for greenway rides and shit.

At the end of the day, it was nice to spend a lot less than I had planned.

My wife's bike is pretty much the same as that but from Giant, works just fine for her.
