Are these micro deposits refundable if one car arrives and you cancel with the other dealers?

Or is it a “I guess we’ll find out when the time comes” kinda thing?

Or toddlers Well, that's where the 500 sq. ft. per person comes in, toddlers are people too. 500 sq. ft. could accommodate a bedroom, playroom, even an extra bathroom. I think our 1100 sq. ft. will start to feel really small very quickly if we have :baby: , particularly with us both working from th...

Curious to see how this year goes. We had an annual 7.5% bonus, our annual merit increases come in like March because they’re all on the same date now versus being based on work anniversaries, etc.

I think it’ll be a bear economy for sure but I don’t think it’ll be Armageddon.

Other side of the coin is that if you had been in a 911 GT3 the 16 year old behind you would have smashed into you while she was sending a tweet. The fact that she still couldn't slow down to avoid hitting your oxcart is pathetic. I don't think people that young send Tweets, hell I think I'm too yo...

If y’all hate the place you’re at now, a don’t think finding a cheaper 1 bed would be a bad option. Imo do y’all really need the 2/2 at this point in time? It’s just you guys, no? It’s nice to have since we both work from home and she has to be in a closed room for hers… but not absolutely necessar...

Refis are a huge money waster btw… if I were you I’d save money until June/august this summer. Rates will move back down then, as will house prices. That’s kind of what we’re thinking.. we don’t really expect to get into a place by April. Decision now is do we grab a cheap 1 bedroom and slum it up ...

Agreed on them not being a way to riches. I’d be fine renting, but with planning for kids she wants the house for that feeling of stability. Quick piece of advice, when wife was pregnant the first time, we had to relocate from VA to SATX. Our kiddo was raised in a 2/2 apartment until we moved when ...

I almost feel dumb not upping my budget $40K and buying the pov spec Max posted instead of the BRZ. I thought regular C8's were going for over msrp too? Although I have started seeing a lot more of them. Now that the Z’s are out the non-Z’s will probably be more available in the market + closer to ...

So I bought some useless junk recently...

I started getting back into watches earlier this year. My aspiration to start my collection would be to emphasize value for money and have unique pieces. Barring a few hand-me-downs from my pops, I acquired a few awesome pieces that I have to shout out here. But first, a quick pic of my collection ...

I dunno why but Arabic numbers :triggered: me .... and the left handed watches on the wrong hand. I like it because it’s just a unique dial. Plenty of them available on the internet, but nowhere near as many on someone’d wrist here in the United States as opposed to elsewhere, so it’s cool/quirky t...

Another cool piece I have is a Seiko 5 SNK SNK063J5. This one boasts an Arabic/Indian numeral dial and was only available in the Middle East/Asia. This one is a 34mm and wears just big enough, but on the smaller end of my watches. https://i.postimg.cc/tsm6zSmX/1-ACBE976-9413-491-B-97-B3-1-DCF383-CCD...

My dad passed down his Tag Heuer Formula 1 Senna limited edition. It’s the most entry level one, coming with a Swiss quartz and no chronograph function. I appreciate the watch but would never spend the close to $2,000 it cost new. Since I love F1, and Ayrton Senna always commands a fanbase, and my d...

This. Other than a wedding band a watch is the only piece of jewelry I will ever rock. And a mechanical watch reps several personality things about me: 1. My high hard middle finger to putting another way to harass and contact my inherently introverted self right on my wrist. The phone is bad enoug...

That was an interesting read.. on the watches.. OMEGA's are classics... especially the 60s and 70s... since they were at the peak of their game then. Now that Swatch has copied the moon watch, it has destroyed the brand IMO. Either way loved the read. Mechanical watches are dude jewelry ... I have ...

you aren’t wrong, but you might be teetering on being ignorant to society at large. Commutes will still happen. No one is commuting just yet. As mentioned Feb 1st (those not previously agreed to being fully remote and people managers are required back 3x a week)... and she is "fully remote" just like all the other companies are pretending now... but things are changing rapidly. She makes about 3x w...

I always keep the comprehensive claim deductible lower than the collision. I figured for a collision I am more likely involved, versus something like a random deer or a bad hailstorm etc. that is out of my control.

I always had it $1,000 for collision, $250-500 for comprehensive
