Jeeponomics 101: Eternal tirekicking for the leakless Jeep
Nope, I have the regular soft top as well, didn't opt for the premium. I havent driven around that much tbh, only at about 1.2k miles right now, but I've had some pretty heavy rain (could barely talk inside the car, lol), and also drove around during the snow storm that hit DC a couple of weeks ago...

Jeeponomics 101: Eternal tirekicking for the leakless Jeep
I am using the soft top, so idk if that makes it more or less likely that it will leak... Though when it is raining and i open the door there is a deluge coming off the rain channels, which i understand are new to the JL, running along the door frame Oh wow, your soft top (tent) doesn't leak? :impr...

I've been to Oahu twice - once with my family, once with my wife's. Overall, a fantastic island, but I'd highly recommend not going with her family. Assuming you meant for my mom to go alone, that's why I was thinking of my sis and myself joining her only for the end before coming back. This is for...

You can argue that's the perk of being the driver, passenger = wet peasants. Huehuehue[user not found] wrote: ↑Wed Jan 23, 2019 1:16 pmThe passenger side got worse after the last deluge.
I'm not paying to fix it.

My JL has been pretty good so far, whether because new car or new design Probably. I suspect JLs are improved...but do you have a freedom top and have you taken any of the panels off yet? Hawaii Advice
Hola people. I would like to ask if anyone here has been to Hawai'i and could give some advice, as I'm planning to buy my mom a week long trip there for her birthday, most likely in September and with a low possibility of my sister and myself joining her for the last couple of days. I am mostly inte...

Sweet, glad you like it so far! It is definitely neat having fairly clean teams and focusing on communication. I agree on the servers though, a bit unfortunate but I think that's also part of the reason for the experience being so clean, since more people = more CoD middle schoolers usually. Are yo...

If anything I'd be down for some PUBG, I enjoyed it as an abbreviated version of DayZ (beta mod days, not that joke they are selling now). Rip the ping though. Bonus of coop mode is that it's vs bots so bad ping is not as punishing as pvp, though the pvp in the game is also pretty cool. Check out t...

Hey, welcome! Sweden, nice! Norway without the oil (according to my brother's Norwegian wife) Cool rides and hope you enjoy living in the U.S., it's very a different lifestyle but is definitely more fun (imo) with the variety and cheapness of gasoline here vs EU (comparing to AT price). Though there...

Hey guys. Coming here again for advice as a jeep and winter noob. So i am aware that winter salt will destroy my car, so I'd like to know your thoughts on how often i should clean and with what methods (e.g. after every major snow or wait a week in case it comes back). It also hit me recently that i...

 I suppose lets hope you're :wrong: then. But I'd be more inclined to trust you than a FCA diller. When I bought the :jeep: it was low on coolant, below the minimum line. I added some, to bring it up to the max line, and drove it a while. Then it seemed to have been below the max line agai...

Yea, I don't have a problem just folding or event taking out the back seat for when needed, I am just thinking of for the future, since I have the soft top and if i do a trip with more people I want to have the option for transporting that doesn't involve kicking people out. btw do you guys know wh...

If just 1 passenger, take the back seat out entirely for more space. But you might get use out of a roof rack. I know nothing about Wrangler roof racks :doe: Yea, I don't have a problem just folding or event taking out the back seat for when needed, I am just thinking of for the future, since I hav...

What do you guys think of Gobi stealth racks btw, are they actually useful, or would you stick to hitch-based attachments? What are you looking to do with a rack? Loading snowboards up, and if overlanding with more than 1 passenger (2door wrangler trunk space is non-existent), then i'd use the roof...

This place is cutting pay almost entirely across the board so I'm ok with this. The shorter commute is huge. Shorter commute and fewer hours for the same pay is effectively a huge raise. And if travel is company paid and with per diem, it may reduce your actual daily living expenses, if by a little...
