Honestly, having been in AA has really helped me realize when I'm feeling down/bad things need to change, course correction needs to be made.

Welp, 100% so far today. I napped on and off all yesterday afternoon and into the night. This morning, I feel absolutely no issues, not even muscle soreness or fatigue. Arm is fine.
