2022 Blazer - The Colorado replacement
I really like it, but do wish I'd been able to go White instead of Gray, but then it looks real similar to our Traverse. And I couldn't justify the cost of buying a V6 RS in AWD over this either; it was almost $12k more for that just on MSRP alone and I didn't see the worth in spending that extra c...

Magnaflow is the only one that I've found that makes an exhaust, but it's for the V6 RS that's AWD apparently. Sadly, in fact, almost everything I've found is only for the V6 ones, nothing really for the 4cyl. Oh well, that does keep me from spending a bunch on it. I'll probably try to do the exhau...

It's really the only muffler I've found that looks like it'll fit, and I've always heard really good things about them so I'll probably give it a shot later this year if there's not something on the market for it. :doit: I'm pretty sure no exhausts are coming, it is a market of one buyer... you. Ma...

So, have just over 4K miles on it now and still enjoy it. Just wish there was more out there for it on the aftermarket, but I’m still hoping it gets there. Ordered an AFE dry filter last night for it just to give it a shot. Looking at buying a Vibrant muffler and new tips and having a shop just make...

Wasn’t sure it was on the same platform or not, so that’s good to know. So far, I’m really liking it. It could use some braces, better tires and more noise, but in stock form, I truly do enjoy driving it. That's awesome! Glad you're enjoying it. Yup, it really does remind me of my GTI, just bigger....

Good question, and I'm not entirely sure. The Blazer is a touch bigger, I think, but drives/rides/handles better than the Equinox from what I've been told. I believe all 3 are built on the same platform as well, so maybe it's just the cheaper option now? Equinox is actually a different platform. Eq...

So serious question... what is the point of the Equinox now that the Blazer exists? Isn't it the same size thing but better driving/looking? Good question, and I'm not entirely sure. 2022 Blazer - The Colorado replacement
Just rolled over 2k miles on it and still enjoying it. Has done better than expected in the snow and shitty weather, but knowing how to drive helps; the truck inspired more confidence but this reminds me a lot of my GTI in those situations. Still keeping my eyes open for mods for it, but so far ther...

That new powertrain has my brother in law looking at trading his F150 in on a new Tundra in 2 years cause he likes what he’s read about it but wants to see some real world use numbers on it and stuff before jumping into it. Toyota didn't design the Tundra hybrid to be as fuel efficient as possible....

Damn, sounds like it’s a wash as far as upgrades/improvements. Not sure it’s worth the cost, but haven’t dug into it yet to compare to others in that size category What do you mean by wash ? This thing is arguably better than the last gen in every single way but cost and simplicity The improvements...

So, who can give me the skinny on the new Sequoia? I’ve been seeing advertisements on my social media for it, in what I think is called the Capstone trim, and I think it looks good. A lot like the Explorer/Expedition, but still a handsome vehicle nonetheless If you’ve got 73k Capstone is the trim f...

Magnaflow has an entire cat back for the V6. I'm sure you could call and get exact dimensions on fitment and do you own measurements on your car too. It's NOT cheap though at like $1400 Exhaust companies have gotten insane with their pricing. Magnaflow catbacks used to be $500-$600. I remember payi...

I may or may not be accepting a new spot at work that would put me back to remote work 100%, so seat time might become less in the coming months, but maybe I’ll have more time to actually dig through the net to find some :ramz: and a bumpin' stereo :dat: :lolol: Nah, no stereo system for me, the fa...

And yet to bring this back on topic. GM products with the 2,0 sound just fine, bordering on great in some instances. I've heard ATS's with downpipes and exhausts and they can sound really :neat: The same in a Blazer would be :notbad: IMO. I dunno … the slowmaro was utterly blah in the sound departm...

Yup. I am willing to wait simply because I plan on keeping this around for awhile. It would be nice to make it mine but I’ll take my time and if I have to do a lot of one off stuff, then I will when I’m able. I do too actually. I test drove a fwd v6, and liked it, but it was nose heavy for a ‘sporty’ suv/cuv. Also helps we have a v6 traverse, so I didn’t mind doing something different. Test drive an xt5 to feel the 2.0 and thought it had much better acceleration and fit me more, so I put a deposit down ...

Would need to hear how that sounds on something before doing anything like that. I’ll keep poking around and digging into options throughout the winter, I’m in no hurry.
