Re: Gberg's GoRf Thread

First drive of the GoRf in the snow with the AS3+. Excellent. Traction was great all around. These michelins are way better than the p zero nero that came on the GTI. I also managed to scratch the back of the hatch with the snow brush. Awesome. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk ESC disabled + Ra...

Re: So I got a 2018 Camry for a week.

I owned a better looking version of this car when i bought my 04 TL. I still like it more then the new Camry but neither suit my driving style. It's just too big for starters.

Re: Jeep Thread

Yeah it is a shame to give up since the two main trouble areas have already been addressed (leaky ass and balancer). I've yet to own a car that hasn't plummeted in value to date doe.... so it wouldn't surprise me if Max is right about the depreciation catching up to it. Even if it goes to $10k, tha...

Re: Jeep Thread

I was kind of thinking that i should plac before pricing changes. It might be a good time this spring. Just can't think of a more fun replacement. Maybe nothing for a year. You bought your car so cheap, you have little risk, imo. This fucked $50k investment however... Yeah it is a shame to give up ...

Re: Jeep Thread

The C7 hasn't come down to reality yet and it is propping up C6 values like crazy. There no reason for a 08-9 almost a decade old C6 to hold near 50% value I was kind of thinking that i should plac before pricing changes. It might be a good time this spring. Wonder how much to un-screw it doe? Lets say the plastic covers get chucked, tailz get replaced, fluids look ok and dealer serviced, compression checks out; buying this and driving it for two years could possibly make money. I think it could, for anyone buying and holding, sure this car sucks but fo...

Possibly, but they do look identical to mine in shape and location. Caliper location is common across all models. I could put your brakes on my car as a bolt-on if I wanted. It was epic in that regard. Dangerously slow but somewhat fun with manuel. The only issue i ever had were the vent flaps and the retractable cup holder, all the power equip, a/c, seats, sunroof, trans, brakes, wheel bearings etc held up perfectly. I guess it was the 1.8T that gave it a bad reputati...
