Damn that's some luck right there. Also curious about the rental and pricing deets. Sometimes booking at a monthly rate can be significantly cheaper, but lots of people don't check. Also depending on company you might be able to sign up for their rewards program and get very close to top status wit...

Car is gone. Check came in. Full offer. Tons of :plac: profit. Last week on Wednesday I got word that union negotiations are underway and I need to go to mandatory contingency training. 20 miles away. Every day. For 8 weeks. Starting monday this week. So I had to rent a vehicle. Fucking lol. Legend...

I'm not around enough to give too much feedback, but I'm surprised we lost Johnny, Wax and Fax though.... I didn't know that we had. Johnny only left because life. New kid, new job, he pops in from time to time as he can. I hope he can find more time to stop by, but it's understandable that he's bu...

:hai: how y'all doing? Things are good here. Kid is squealing, chatting, giggling sometimes. He had a dairy allergy. We cut milk and he's way happier, less crying, stretches his arms out for me to hold him, sleeping 12hr a night, etc. So we good, fam. Single car lyfe. Bike has had a flat rear tire f...

Re: Dem bicicletas dos, doe.
I have one tube that I'll never be able to pack back into my saddle bag if I take it out for a non-emergency. I guess I could get another shitty temporary one at wally world, but I'm quickly running out of patience with this shit. These tires were just going on to try for a bit to compare the new b...

Re: Dem bicicletas dos, doe.
Damn. The bike arrived today but I can't get the tubeless tarz to mount back up. I might need to go find a real air compressor. Total pain in the dick to do this but you can throw a tube in to seat the tire. Then take one side out and remove tube. Install valve and sealant and pop the bead back ove...

Just asking for advice which is apparently :wrong: I don’t want groceries in the cab Aren’t you getting a tonneau cover thing? Are there grocery bag hooks you can get for the bed rail system? I’d look for something like that. Also stop using those bullshit thin plastic bags and invest in a few canv...

Re: Truk Talk: Invest in Trukcoin!
Couple of minor annoyances. 1. The lights don’t turn off for a solid minute after the car is turned off. Unless I lock it, but I don’t like locking the car in my own garage 2. The auto light sensor is too sensitive and turns on the lights in shady areas overpasses etc. this is somewhat annoying bec...

I want an Evo 9. Or an R34 Skyline. I’d be pretty happy with either. :doit: I think my STI is pretty close to an Evo really. Partly why I got it, many reviews stated it’s finally up to Evo level but has a better interior and I figured mitsu dealerships would probably cease to exist. I think I wante...

People have a right to protest...and it can be effective at moving the needle for policy decisions. The problem is, looting makes no sense and obviously isn't a "right". It's a fine line between peaceful protest and rioting/looting it seems. Both sides need to chill out and be more civil....

The 2002 has a fully rusted out floor pan and a collapsed jacking point. Apparently drives and idles more normal though. Don’t want to take that level of work on, with stripping down the chassis and weld repairs plus a repaint of that area at least.

You need some ratchet straps in your life. Lay the tailgate down, put that flat in your clown truk bed, and strap it down using the tie down cleats. Done. Or keep gate up, and just rest it in at an angle, and again strap the front. It won't go anywhere. Any reccos on the ratchets? Really any. Home ...
