Thanks M8! GPU is getting a little hotter than I'd like it to. I've seen it hit 90° C a few times this week. I try and shut er down when it gets to 89°C. I know almost nothing about PCs, so I'm not sure what would suffice. PC parts seem to have gone through the roof. 2600 was 180+ last I checked. I...

Crazy that it's getting to 90c, the most I've had mine up to was maybe 85* and it's target temp is 83* and 59 at idle. I've got the 980Ti though which is now 5 god damn years old. O_O I had a buddy replace the thermal paste on my GPU. Didn't grab a pic, but more than half the card was completely BA...

GPU temps have been waaay to hot. like 88-91°C. Picked up 3 120mm Noctua fans and a fan controller. 2 intake and one exhaust( as pictured below. https://i.imgur.com/rXaSapI.jpg with the fans at full Cheech temps don't change a bit. If anything they got worse, as the temps stay almost exclusively at ...

Dang Chris, sorry to hear about your wife. Would be cool if SB works out for you two after all of this. You’ve sounded like you’d want to end up there a few times in the past. SB is the only place in CA that interests me. It's like what CA is supposed to be and I really like it there. We'll see if ...

I'm assuming the only way to check is to rip the mani off and hook the peepers on the sensor? It's not even easy to see/access with the manifold off, but yeah. If you go through all that effort, just replace the sensor. It's worth it. just bought the sensor now waiting on gaskets. yet another thing...

The batwing oil pan looks pretty accessible. Have you had to replace it as well? I've had the car up in the air a couple times, and every time I see oil coming from what looks like the lower "batwing" oil pan. Video for reference. https://i.imgur.com/uLznpjn.mp4 At this point, I had already sprayed...

Wait...what's wrong with the oil pan? Oil leaks are very rarely the oil pan. Mine appeared to leak, but it was a combination of the front main seal, rear main seal, and oil pressure sensor. Those leaked down the oil pan and made it look like it was leaking when it wasn't. If you insist in doing the...

that's pretty typical of Japanese cars. I remember in my TSX, I had to downshift to 3rd (5 speed auto with manual mode) to pass a :mahtroy: in their fusion on their left lane high as fuck. With my mk6, downshift to 5 and it'll do nearly the same as the TSX, mk7 on D, 4th gear. I only own murucan wi...
